Subject to the approval of the relevant authorities, in most of the countries you are authorized to take your scooter into the public transportation.

The lifespan is around one to three years. The full lifespan of a scooter battery is determined by a number of factors, including the battery’s size and watt-hours, a measurement of its total capacity. But in general, a scooter’s battery should last around one to three years.

Maximum speed is from 40 km/h to 65 km/h. It depends on the model of e-scooter which you will choose.

The maximum load is up to 150 kg.

Suitable tire pressure should be between 40 and 50 PSI. For more traction, subtract about 3-5 PSIs, and for higher speeds, add about 3-5 PSIs. Lighter riders should also lower the tire pressure by about 3-5 PSIs.

We recommend to do a full checkup of your scooter at least once per year.

Some of our models have a key lock option. (Tornado & Tornado+)

We strongly recommend all riders to wear a helmet. It’s for your own safety.

Practically yes but rainy weather won’t be a pleasant experience.

Some scooters with a dual-motor option, this allows the rider to boost the performance of the scooter due to the additional power of the second motor. (Tornado & Tornado+)

Stopping power: The disc brake offers much more efficient stopping power compared to drum brake. Having a hydraulic brake system is a good option to highly increase the braking power. The hydraulic activation gives you the best control over your braking. As you squeeze down the brake lever, braking is strong and consistent.

Not yet but we recommend to add this option.

Comfort and safety. Shock absorbers will absorb all uneven surfaces and prevent shocks to be transferred to your joints and your body. Frequent usage of scooters that do not have shock absorbers might result in severe health issues. Furthermore, they make sure that your tires always remain in contact with the road, steering, road handling and braking response will be optimal, helping to keep you safe.

Yes, you can. All of our models have several speed limit modes.

The charging port is be located along with the side panels and it can be charged by plugging the charging adaptor into any standard power outlet. A full charge will take around  4-8 hours for the Twister, about 9-10 hours for the Tornado, and 12 hours for the Tornado Plus.

Currently, such a requirement does not exist however this might change and is subject to the requirements of the local authorities.

We definitely do not recommend to do this.

You can recharge our scooters where ever you can plug in your mobile charger.

 We encourage users to be aware of before they ride. These include:

  • You must be 14 years or older to ride.
  • You are encouraged to wear a helmet whenever you ride.
  • You cannot ride a scooter on pedestrian sidewalks or greenway trails.
  • You must follow local traffic laws (e.g. ride on the right side of the road, follow traffic signals and stop signs). Think of yourself as a bicyclist or a car driver.
