- The above listed item(s) has/have been duly approved at the time of delivery and found to his/her entire satisfaction.
- Risk of damage to or loss of the item(s) shall pass to the recipient upon delivery and physical possession and henceforth, Recipient shall be fully responsible and liable for any accidents, offenses or disputes regarding the items, including but not limited to, illegal use of items, violation notices, traffic fines, accidents, and is fully responsible for adherence and compliance with safety and traffic laws, rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Transportation in each Emirate as well as the Government of the U.A.E.
- GreenRoad/GreenRide shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by wet and bad weather conditions, poor road conditions, and normal wear and tear of item(s).
- GreenRide/GreenRoad doesn’t provide any refund once the order is received by the customer after they have placed the order. We have a clear no refund policy.
- Notwithstanding these terms and conditions, the GreenRoad/GreenRide’s liability for supply and delivery of the items shall be limited to a maximum of the amount paid by the Recipient for the item(s).
- He/she is 16 (sixteen) years of age or older at the time of signing this Delivery Note.
